This request was to make music reflecting the visuals, changing fluidly alongside them whilst avoiding a sense of jarring transition and keeping a consistently positive energy

Blackpool Illuminations

Both projects were featured as part of the Blackpool Illuminations festival in 2023, the left was scheduled to be shown on the side of Blackpool tower and the right inside the dome of a church.

These were made in collaboration with digital designers from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama as well as the school’s own production studio.

The request was to make music reflecting a sense of ‘smallness’, and the presence of something greater than us; whilst also not being overpowering, but humbling instead
